Judging from the data processing technique, by testing the hypothesis using the mediation effect test and the moderation effect test based on five variables: information quality, self-congruence, trust, prior knowledge, and travel intention of tourists. These five variables will later be used in the instrument to test the influence of social media on tourists visiting all tourist attractions in DKI Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that the quality of social media information has a positive impact on travel intention and self-congruence, and trust mediates the relationship between the quality of social media information and travel intention. In addition, this study identified that tourists' prior knowledge negatively modifies the relationship between information quality and self-congruence, in accordance with the proposed hypothesis.
